1. Definitions
A) "Competitor" or "Competitors" designates those who use the Site, the information provided through the Site, or any service provided through the Site for any purpose and by any means;
B) "Content" means any information of any kind appearing on the Site in any format, including text, image, video or audio of any kind;
C) "offer" or "offers" means the proposals made by competitors within a multiplayer system based on competitions between competitors to buy products at advantageous prices compared to market value under the conditions defined by these instructions;
D) "product" or "products" means goods of economic value, within the meaning of the legislation in force, ie goods with material existence or services. Competitors take part in the auction by registering offers for the acquisition by a winner of the asset for which an auction session has been held;
E) "maximum amount" means a maximum bid amount for each auction session, to be indicated by the company administering the site throughout the auction session;
F) "auction session" is the specific service provided through the site, consisting in creating conditions for bidding by competitors and the competition between these offers, with the consequence of designating a winner of the session within a deadline. The winner (hereafter referred to as the winning competitor) is to acquire the product for which the company managing the site has organized the auction session;
G) "auction session period" is the time interval indicated on the page of a contest session, during which competitors can register bids and the expiration of which will be the winner, in accordance with these instructions. This period may be extended depending on Whether or not the minimum bid requirement is met;
H) "interrupted session" means the auction session interrupted by the company managing the site, before it is completed with the delivery of the product to the winning competitor;
I) "winning bid" is the bid registered by the winning competitor, designated under the terms of these instructions;
J) "credit" is an abstract value for which the competitor will pay an amount of money by electronic means, which he can only use to register offers on the site. The credit will be reduced by the cost of each offer registered by a competitor. Careful! The value of a bid (that is, the amount indicated in the offer) is not confused with the cost of the offer, ie the amount by which the competitor's credit is diminished;
K) "bid price" means the amount by which a competitor's credit will be reduced when a bid is registered;
L) "system" means the technological system designed to run auction sessions on the site;
M) "disqualified offers" means the offers received from different competitors that are of equal value or who have been disqualified following the application of the restrictive rules in Chapter V of the "Instructions." These offers will not be considered at the time of designation The winning bidder, and the offers that have not been disqualified are to be considered in the awarding of the winning bid.
N) "hot auction" means the auction session in which the minimum bid requirement has been met;
O) "service" means any or all services provided through the site;
P) "unauthorized operations" means any use of the Site, any component thereof, any information or service provided through the Site for purposes other than those permitted by these Instructions or in violation of the mandatory provisions of Romanian law;
